Data controller
Léon Gallet, sole proprietor, reachable at contact@leon-gallet.fr. This site is a portfolio: it collects the bare minimum, and nothing is sold or used for advertising.
Contact form
The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional subject and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of replying. Legal basis: your consent, given through the form checkbox (GDPR, art. 6.1.a).
The message is delivered through Resend, which routes it to my inbox and acts as a processor, under its privacy policy. It is not stored in any database: it only exists in our respective inboxes.
I keep messages for as long as the exchange requires, then delete them, usually within 12 months.
Booking
Booking a slot goes through Calendly, which processes the necessary data (name, email, chosen slot) under its privacy policy. Calendly is a US company: transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The widget only loads when the booking window is opened : nothing is called before that.
Audience measurement
The site measures traffic and performance with Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, without cookies or advertising identifiers: data is aggregated and anonymised (page views, loading times) and cannot identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing the site’s audience (GDPR, art. 6.1.f).
Form protection
To limit abuse, contact form submissions are rate-limited per IP address. The address is checked in memory, for the duration of the check, and is neither logged nor stored. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service (GDPR, art. 6.1.f).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to and port your data: write to me at contact@leon-gallet.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French authority, the CNIL.
